Spirit Mountain Retreat Cancellation Policies

Spirit Mountain Retreat (SMR) reserves the right to cancel a retreat/program at any time and will try and give reasonable advance notice. If SMR cancels a retreat program you will receive a full refund or you may reschedule for another available retreat program, or for a time of individual retreat. SMR cancellation is usually due to weather conditions.

Participant Refund Policy Refunds are available (less a $25 processing fee) up to eight days before your retreat/program or stay. There is no refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Participant Nonrefundable credit toward a future SMR program or stay (less a $25 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your program or stay. Credit may be applied to any SMR program or stay for one year following date of issue.

No credit or refund is available if you cancel on your scheduled day of arrival, if you do not attend, or if you leave an event early for any reason.
